Job Summary:
 

InEnTec Columbia Ridge LLC (“ICR”) is currently seeking Material Handlers for the Hydrogen Production Plant. The Material Handler will be responsible for storage and transportation of feed stock materials to Hydrogen Plant. The Material Handler will execute maintenance and operations activities as needed.

Desired qualifications:
 

  • Reside within a reasonable distance of plant.

  • Valid driver’s license with good record.

  • Personal computer proficiency (Internet, word processing, spreadsheets), and other software used by the company.

  • Strong interpersonal abilities to support team philosophy and strategy.

  • Strong organizational ability.

  • High mechanical aptitude and ability to work with simple mechanic’s hand tools.

  • Understanding of electrical hazards and safety.

  • Basic understanding of industrial plant operations and safe practices.

  • Able to complete all preventative maintenance jobs per best practice.

  • Able to work independently, accurately, and efficiently

  • Willingness to be open to learning and growing.
     

Responsibilities:
 

  • Safety

    • Understand and adhere to company safe work policies.

    • Promote a safe work environment.

    • Contribute to the improvement of the Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.

    • Apply the Lock out, tag out, try out (LOTOTO) and energy isolation procedures as required for company and contractor personnel.

    • Perform requirements to maintain compliance for environmental regulations.

    • Maintain site security and orderliness, including housekeeping.

    • Actively participates in the Root Cause Analysis process.
       

  • Reliability

    • Follow plant procedures and working instructions and annotate with feedback.
       

  • Process Operation and Efficiency

    • Operate forklift, manlift, telehandler and other material handling equipment.

    • Quickly and safely load/unload delivery vehicles

    • Load material onto process equipment conveyors and maintain conveyors in a ready state for operations

    • Assist Shutdowns, Start-ups, and operating staff

    • Sets/maintains high housekeeping standards to exemplify/improve ICR image.
       

  • Administrative and Managerial

    • Document receipt, processing, and running inventory of all feedstock materials received.

    • Management warehouse inventory

    • Follow all Quality Control requirements to ensure a quality product is delivered to InEnTec’s customers.

    • Maintain orderly and clean personal protection equipment and work area.

    • Maintain and report feed logs to plant operators.

    • Participate in operations and safety meetings.

    • Complete all training activities per schedule and meet annual performance goals.

    • Accept On call duty and overtime as required.

    • Able to work 12 hr. rotating shifts on a 36/48 (2) week schedule.

    • Actively participate in a Continuous Improvement process of the plant.

    • Other duties as assigned by manager
