Jeffrey E. Surma

President, Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman, InEnTec Inc.

​

Jeff Surma has led pioneering and award-winning research into plasma processing and associated technologies.

 

Jeff spent just under 10 years with the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), where he directed multi million dollar research projects into new ways of transforming waste. He led a multi-institutional team involving PNNL and MIT to develop plasma technologies that have since been commercialized through InEnTec.

 

Jeff holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University.

E. Gary Cook, Ph.D

Chairman

​

Dr. Cook received his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Virginia and his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and University. He joined E. I. DuPont in 1969 as a Research Chemist and spent 23 years with DuPont, holding a variety of senior management positions. Dr. Cook has served on numerous industry association boards, including those of the Chemical Manufacturers Association, the Soap and Detergent Association, the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation, and the Health Industry Manufacturers Association.

Larry Dinkin

​

Mr. Dinkin has an extensive background in business startups and management and is one of the founders of InEnTec. Mr. Dinkin has received several business awards, including Long Island Entrepreneur of the Year from Inc. Magazine and a Clio Award for his Marie Callender design work. He created the Benihana retail and the Marie Callender retail business, which he sold to ConAgra. Prior to his startup and management career, Mr. Dinkin worked as a computer consultant at Univac and at Coopers and Lybrand.

Robert Y. Konig

​

Mr. Konig is General Counsel at Broadway Healthcare, and has been designated by Moshe Isaac Foundation to be a member of InEnTec's Board. Mr. Konig received his B.S. in Business Management from Yeshiva University, Syms School of Business and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Konig is active in various charities and has worked pro bono representing holocaust survivors.

Damon Safranek

 

Mr. Safranek is Chief Operation Officer of Paskenta Band of Nomlaki – Paskenta Enterprises Corporation. Previous positions included operational roles in a variety of business in the hospitality and gaming industries. Mr. Safranek received his B.S. in Corporate Finance and his MBA from University of Arizona.

Sergey Mitirev

 

Mr. Mitirev is a corporate and tax lawyer by background. Mr. Mitirev holds an LLM degree from New York University, School of Law, and completed the Advanced Executive Program in Finance at the Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland. He has been a member of the New York State Bar since 2003. Mr. Mitirev also represents LRL Investments, a major stockholder in InEnTec Inc.
